Brass Works is an affordable loft-style apartment community located in Downtown Delavan. Originally home to the George W. Borg Corporation, this beautiful historic factory was designed by Holsman & Holsman Architects (Chicago) in 1943. The Borg Corporation played a major role in World War II by producing ammunition components including fuzes, sights and similar instruments.
